  1. Not why must we suffer in silence, but why do we chose to do so?

Love is not bartering. When you expect in return, you set yourself up for disappointment and you fear it.

Chose to give your love freely, without expectations. If your love is returned by another, well and good. If not, what have you lost? When you give love, you are always replenished with more love.

  2. Often, silence is the easier option. I know it’s easier to talk and talk, but I think that’s only sometimes. Sitting there, nodding, and looking downwards bides you time and saves you from dealing with unpredictable consequences, which can be scary.
