Hmm. Didn’t even know you were an artist til now – definitely missing details from lack of sleep, but I am in awe.
There is no manual. It’s a learn as you go process.

I’ve been trying but my body keeps waking me up at random hours now. Hopefully I can just sleep straight tonight. If not, then I am definitely sleeping in tomorrow. Take care as well.

My brother said the same thing. It happened for a few days, then sleep returned back to normal. Then it started again. Hopefully it passes. If not, I shall have it checked out soon. Thank you.
