there was something so pleasant about that place
even your emotions had an echo

people with mental illness
may see the world from a different angle
but different doesn’t mean they’re wrong

We all see this world and our lives completely differently! It’s difficult to relate to someone’s thoughts when they are very extreme, but you are right – they may not be wrong, we may find that we have been for years! I have a cousin who has schizophrenia so I know what you mean. :)

My younger brother was in advertising too. I haven’t told you this. He wasn’t in “creative” like my Father. My brother was the “brains”. He used to practice on me, or tried to.
